sector.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Moridi, previously served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of MedXM (now a Quest Diagnostics Company) for over 8 years where he oversaw all aspects of the Company\u2019s legal and finance and oversaw the acquisition process.\u00a0 Before that he served as General Counsel for e-commerce and health care companies.\u00a0 Entrepreneur by instinct, Mr. Moridi has been a founder and part of teams in over half dozen startups with numerous successful exits.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Moridi has taught courses in Transaction Law, Corporate Law, Health Law, and Business at USC Gould School of Law, Chapman School of Law, and various other colleges.\u00a0 Mr. Moridi has been recognized on multiple occasions for his work and nominated to General Counsel of the year by Orange County Business Journal.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Moridi has received his Juris Doctorate from USC Gould School of Law, where he was elected to be part of Hale Moot Court Honors program.\u00a0 He received his Master of Business Taxation simultaneously from USC Marshall School of Business with honors.\u00a0 He received his Bachelor\u2019s degree from UCLA in Business Economics with
